The CMC2 is a compact monitor controller that delivers the same high-quality audio, transparency and accuracy as Drawmer's MC2.1 and MC3.1, while retaining only the essential features a smaller project studio needs - without the cost of rarely used advanced functions.
Many monitor controllers can introduce unwanted colouration into your sound. With every Drawmer monitor controller, what you record is exactly what you hear. The active circuit is engineered to faithfully reproduce the audio signal while eliminating many of the issues that passive designs can introduce. One thing should always be certain: you can rely on the accuracy of your monitor controller.
The CMC2's transparent, precision-engineered circuitry, combined with high-quality switches and parallel custom-quad potentiometers, ensures excellent channel matching and a smooth, precise feel.
The CMC2 is impressively well connected: two stereo balanced jack inputs, plus a 3.5mm jack for your smartphone or MP3 player (with variable level control). It supports two sets of stereo monitors plus a subwoofer, each with its own switch so you can activate them in any order - ideal for A/B comparisons.
It also features a professional-quality headphone output with a dedicated amplifier and level control, delivering the same audio quality and mix-checking precision through headphones as it does through speakers.
Essential mix-check tools such as phase reverse, mono, dim and mute are also included, allowing you to assess your recordings with ease.
