If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by the social media platform according to their own privacy policies, which you will need to be aware of. We will not share or publish the message without your explicit written permission or unless you request us to do so.

People who Email Us

We monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

We keep emails for an appropriate amount of time depending on the reason you have contacted us. They are occasionally forwarded to the appropriate Drawmer sales/service channel, who is best placed to deal with your enquiry. Other than that, no emails are shared with anyone outside of Drawmer.

Marketing

You may decide to join our mailing list if you would like to receive occasional newsletters and product updates, or participate in competitions. This is done using a 3rd Party Provider, Mailchimp : mailchimp.com

Your data and marketing preferences are stored securely on the Mailchimp servers and are only accessible by us.

Who do we Share your Information With?

We may share some of your personal information if necessary (namely your name, email address and/or contact telephone numbers), but only to authorised Drawmer Distribution channels, and for the purpose of providing the service or products requested.

Where we Store and Transfer your Personal Data

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers within the EU. Any payment transactions will be encrypted and processed by our payment provider WorldPay. We do not store any payment or credit card information either on our servers or in hard copy format at our offices. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of one of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
